Since 2013 Education Cambodia Incorporated has been responsible for three projects in the Kampong Speu Province of Cambodia.  We work with the Angkor Project to organise and deliver professional learning for teachers and leaders in the 23 schools that are the sister schools of schools in Western Australia.  We also conduct the quality assurance for goods and services purchased through fundraising of the Angkor Project.

Project 1. Leadership Conference

Directors of the 23 sister schools in Kampong Speu are invited to attend a Leadership Conference each January at the Provincial Office.  For the past two years, this conference has used the Growth Coaching International model of leadership as led by Grant O'Sullivan.

Project 2. Teachers' Conference
Two teachers from each of the sister schools are invited to attend the Teachers' Conference each January.  In 2014 the conference examined the latest research and methods for the teaching reading.
Project 3. Quality Assurance

Each year in January and July Education Cambodia Incorporated sends an officer to Kampong Speu to inspect the expenditure records and goods provided through the Angkor Project in the 23 sister schools.
